If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing it. Since we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations after this period will incur a 20% restocking fees for moissanite & 30% restocking fees for CVD jewelry items.

This fee compensates for the time and effort already dedicated to your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
