Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Crafting each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 2-3 business weeks. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.

Shipping and Delivery: Following shipping, orders typically reach you within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Forever Gleam is not liable for delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen conditions. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If you modify the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, any resulting delivery delays are your responsibility.

Free Delivery: We provide complimentary delivery to your address. Please be aware that you are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

Product Changes: Should you wish to alter the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will reset from day one.

Delivery Assurance:  While we offer guaranteed delivery and prioritize creating your ring on an urgent basis, please note that any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control and we are are not responsible for this situation. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
