Return Policy


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers are kindly requested to notify us of any order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window will incur a fee to cover restocking and labor charges.

  • CVD Diamond Jewelry: 30% cancellation fee applies.

  • Moissanite Jewelry: 20% cancellation fee applies.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase (confirmation email) are required.

Please note: Since our rings are custom-made based on your selected ring size, diamond type, and metal, any return not related to manufacturing defects will incur:

  • 20% restocking fee for Moissanite jewelry

  • 30% restocking fee for CVD jewelry

This fee covers labor costs including resizing and polishing. Higher restocking fees may apply if the item requires cleaning or repair to be resale-ready.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to their customized nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Made-to-order Eternity Bands

  • Items with physical damage

  • Products outside the 30-day return window

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you'd like to exchange a ring, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment. The remaining balance will go toward your new purchase. Any price difference will be billed accordingly.

  • Only one exchange per piece is allowed.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchange credit is not applicable for future purchases.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Please contact us before sending your item back.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend insured and trackable shipping. Forever Gleam is not liable for lost or uninsured return shipments.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

RESIZING POLICY

At Forever Gleam, we want your ring to fit perfectly.

Resizing Details:

  • We can resize up to one full size up or down.

  • Resizing beyond this may compromise the design and is not recommended.

Resizing Exceptions:

  • Full Eternity Bands cannot be resized due to their design. Exchange for correct size is recommended.

  • Plain Gold Bands without stones may be exchanged instead of resized (crafted from scratch).

Cost & Shipping:

  • Resizing service is not free, but priced affordably.

  • Customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs, including customs for international orders.

REPAIR POLICY

Need a repair? Email us at support@forevergleam.com.
Here’s how we handle repairs:

      1. Intake Form – We assess the piece and document the needed repairs. A copy will be shared with you.

       2. Covered Work – If under warranty, we’ll begin repairs immediately, including:

  • Stone resetting or replacement
  • Prong and setting repairs
  • Band thinning fixes
  • Resizing

     3. If the repair exceeds warranty coverage, we’ll notify you for approval.

Shipping is the customer’s responsibility for both sending and receiving the piece.

Repair Timeline: 2–3 weeks after we receive the piece.

Note: Limited-edition stones may not be replaceable. If unavailable, we’ll suggest the closest match and seek your approval.
