Return Policy
Cancellation: To cancel an order, customers must inform us within 24 hours of placing it. If cancellations are made after this period, a 20% charge will be applied to cover restocking and labor expenses.
Return: Forever Gleam operates under a 30-day return policy, allowing customers a 30-day window following receipt of their item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused or unworn, complete with tags and packaging. Additionally, proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Given the artisanal nature of our designs, returns will incur a restocking fee of 20%. This fee encompasses the labor involved in resizing and refining the returned piece. In cases where the piece necessitates extensive cleaning or repair, resulting in conditions that hinder resale, a higher restocking fee will be applied, based on the extent of the required repair work.
Concerning damages and issues, we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon delivery. Should you detect any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please promptly notify us so we may assess and rectify the situation.
Certain items are exempt from return or exchange, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order Eternity Bands
- Items marked as on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
Exchange: In the event a customer seeks to exchange their ring, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount. The balance will be credited towards the new purchase, with any price disparity for the exchange also charged to the customer. This exchange policy must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the ring and is limited to one exchange per piece. Please note that the credited amount is not transferable to future purchases, and the exchange limit stands at one per piece.
Prior to returning jewelry, we recommend contacting us to ensure safe arrival. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to opt for a traceable courier with insurance, as we cannot assume liability for items lost in transit.
Refund: Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
Resizing: Resizing services are available at Forever Gleam to ensure your jewelry fits perfectly, particularly rings. However, there are limitations to resizing:
- Rings may only be resized by a maximum of one full size, as exceeding this range may compromise the piece's integrity and aesthetics.
- Resizing becomes impractical for rings featuring shanks adorned with full eternity stones due to their intricate design and setting. In such cases, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size, with our customer service team available to assist.
Exceptions may occur where resizing isn't feasible; however, we may opt for exchanging the original ring for an identical one in the appropriate size, especially if it results in a quicker turnaround time or preserves the design's integrity. This exchange applies solely to plain gold bands without stones, with the new ring handcrafted from scratch. We will always consult with you regarding this option.
Customers bear shipping costs for both outgoing and incoming shipments, including any applicable customs fees for international clients.
Note: Eternity Bands entail a $100 resizing fee, distinct from our standard complimentary service. Prior confirmation of the desired ring size via email is mandatory before production can commence.
Repairing: Regarding repairs, please contact us at support@forevergleam.com for assistance. Before sending your piece for repair, here are pertinent details to consider:
- Our repair specialists document the piece's current condition and necessary repair work in an intake form, a copy of which will be shared with you for transparency.
- Warranty-related repairs, such as stone replacement or resizing, are undertaken without prior approval. However, you may opt out or request approval before commencing any additional repairs beyond warranty coverage.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Repair timelines typically range from 2-3 weeks upon receipt of the piece. Please note that replacement of limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones is subject to availability; in such cases, we will seek your approval for alternative options.
